Once you have decided to
come to United Arab
Emirates we can make all
the arrangements for
you. When you arrive at
the destination airport
we will meet you and
take you to either a
hotel or private
accommodation depending
on the duration of your
stay. On your trip we
will introduce you to
the new developments or
resale properties
available that match
your requirements. You
can then inspect each
property and the
surrounding area for
yourself.

so each individual
property will cost you
the same regardless of
the agent you use. We
are here to give you a
helping hand through
every step of your
purchase and answer any
questions you may have.
However you will find no

to an inspection visit:
Day 1
Arrival at destination
airport and collection
from the airport with
transfer to either hotel
or private
accommodation, depending
on the time you arrive.
The day starts with a
tour of the area to
introduce you to the
basic surroundings and
some of the local
amenities. Then the
inspections of the
properties begin in a
relaxed and friendly
manner.
Day 2
Day two is spent again
viewing more properties,
hopefully trying to
narrow down to that one
dream home. Once you
have made your decision,
if you make a decision,
we will then introduce
you to a Solicitor who
will go through your
purchase contract all in
time to depart for the
airport
At Versailles Palace

also can arrange to meet
you whilst you are on
holiday or searching for
property on your own
steam. You tell us when
you are available and
your criteria and we can
send you via email the
results before you begin
your journey to UAE.
Then we simply book a
day to meet with you at
a chosen destination.
