We pride ourselves on our arrival LIFE TIME after sales services. This service keeps going for as long as you need us, it doesn't stop the day you complete your purchase. Our Versailles Customer Care team is here to help through every step of the purchase and to avoid any problems that may occur.

VPPI have a dedicated team of people to help ensure your property is properly protected, insured and as comfortable for you as possible.
We don’t just want to find you the perfect property. Our service keeps going for as long as you need us. Whenever you purchase a property, there’s always a certain amount of paperwork and administration to do. But we’ll be on hand to help you with all the fiddly bits. And you can use our approved panel lawyers to handle all the legalities and make sure your interests are totally protected.

If you’re purchasing a property in a new development, we can help you liaise with the developers to make sure all the building, financial and legal matters are on-track. We can sort out all the technical issues like dealing with telephone and internet connection, water and electricity companies, and arranging your home insurance. In fact, whatever you need doing for your arrival, consider it done.

Interior Design

Versailles Customer Care has its own Interior Design Company that can design and furnish your property to a new level.
We can even take care of everything long-distance, with plans and color schemes being arranged via email or post. Just give us around 6-8 weeks to get it all completed before you arrive.

We can inform you about local schools, purchasing a car, health insurance, the best shops, the best restaurants. We can recommend a gardener and find you someone to look after your pool. You name it. In fact, we can pass on all the inside local knowledge it can often take years to find out yourself. Now that you have bought your dream home, how are you going to furnish it?

Once the purchase of your property has completed, your thoughts will naturally move to turning your property into a home. The way in which you furnish the property will depend on whether you are planning to furnish the property for yourselves, for your friends and family or for your clients if you are intending to lease the property.

The style of furnishings you choose should be dictated by what you ultimately want from the property. If you want to put your own individual stamp and character on furnishings and accessories this may inhibit your rental potential. If you are looking to maximize your rental returns then your property needs to reflect the expectations of today’s tenant.

How involved do we need to be?

You can choose to be as involved as you wish. If you don’t have the time or simply don’t want the hassle, you can leave it all to us. Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want but aren’t sure where to find it, don’t worry because we will be able to help you. We can assist you in picking your furniture for an entire property or specific items depending on your requirements.

Is it more expensive to buy furniture in the UAE?

Furniture in the UAE is considerably cheaper than in the UK. We recommend that you measure each room once the property is completed so there are no unnecessary problems.

What about quality?

We take great care to ensure that any supplier or product we recommend is of the highest quality available within your budget. You will find that there are items and brands that we will not sell for this reason.

How much will it cost?

When striving for individuality it is difficult to estimate the cost because everyone has their own likes and dislikes. We can, however, help you to work within a budget, and can furnish a typical property from about AED 20,000. This includes furniture, beds, bedding, linen, curtains, light fittings, bathroom accessories, bath screen, safety equipment etc. All of our prices include delivery and installation.

Cleaning & Floor polishing

We can arrange for the cleaning of your property prior to furniture installation and quotes for the work will be provided beforehand. Internal marble floor / ceramic tiling polishing and external terraces professionally cleaned.

Tradesmen

We have our own Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, decorators, builders, that can visit your property and satisfy your requirements.

Kitchens and bathrooms

Brochures, styles and packages from our preferred suppliers available on request or we can take you to the relevant suppliers to choose preferred styles with you.

Telephone and internet connection

We can order and manage the installation and connection of these types of service in your absence, or even if you are here, we will manage everything for you free of charge.

Shopping guide

From DIY to electrical stores, we can give advice on where to find the items you require for any size of project.

Insurance

We can provide quotes for buildings and contents insurance from reputable insurance brokers that we have a professional relationship with.

Home: A product that covers over thirty areas. We protect you both in and outside your home with 24-hour assistance all year round.
