• Fully furnished freehold properties.

• £1,000 reservation fee - nothing else to pay until completion.

• No Capital Gains Tax, Buying Tax or Inheritance Tax.

• 30 days free use per year.

• Two year 10% rental guarantee followed by 50% Profit net room rate share.

• 70% guaranteed mortgage on completion.

• 100% finance available - the developer pays the monthly payment on the 30% deposit.
